1. E-book Reading Passes

  1. Before you start reading, you can withdraw your purchase for a full refund within 7 days of payment.
  2. Once you start reading the paid section, withdrawal is limited under Article 17(2) of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. This is shown on the purchase screen. (Reading the free preview does not count.)
  3. However, if the content differs from what was displayed or advertised, or has a defect that prevents normal reading, you can withdraw within 3 months of receiving it or within 30 days of learning of the problem.
  4. If a reading pass is not granted properly because of a system failure on our side, we will refund it in full or grant it again.

2. How and When Refunds Are Made

  1. Send refund requests to 4rest_design@naver.com or by Instagram DM to @5ft.magazine. Please include your order number (or payment record) and the email of the account you bought with.
  2. Refunds are made by canceling the original payment, and we process them within 3 business days of receiving the request. (Depending on your card company or payment method, it may take a few more days to show.)
  3. Once the refund is complete, the reading pass is revoked.

3. Purchases on Naver Smart Store

  1. Cancellations, returns and refunds for items paid on Smart Store (including printed photobooks, goods and reading passes sold there) follow Naver Smart Store's own rules and procedures. Please apply from your Smart Store order history.
  2. When a Smart Store order is refunded, the matching reading pass on the Site is revoked as well.

4. Secondhand Market Deals

The Market is a space for direct deals between members. The Operator is not a party to these deals, and responsibility for payment and refunds lies with the buyer and seller. For details, see Article 7 of the Terms of Use.
