1. Copyright in Site Content
- Copyright in all writing, editing, design, logos and illustrations on the 5ft magazine site and in the printed magazine belongs to the publisher 4rest or to the respective authors.
- The film canister illustrations, header, footer and UI components of the Site are design assets of 4rest. Copying, redistributing or using them commercially without permission is prohibited.
2. Copyright in Photos Submitted by Users
- Copyright in photos a member submits to the Site belongs to the member. 5ft magazine does not take ownership of it.
- By submitting a photo, the member grants the Operator a non-exclusive, free license to publish it within the following scope:
- Publication on the 5ft magazine website
- Publication on 5ft magazine's official social media (Instagram and others), with photographer credit
- Inclusion in the printed 5ft magazine, with prior consent or notice
- Partial use in promotional material for the magazine and the Site
- For any use beyond this scope (for example, third-party advertising or commercial resale), the Operator obtains the member's separate written consent.
- Members can withdraw (delete) their photos at any time from their own page (/me.html). Once withdrawn, copies on the Site and social media are taken down step by step. Printed magazines already distributed cannot be recalled.
3. Quoting Outside Photos and Material
Outside photos, images and material quoted in our articles follow these principles.
- We take them from official sources (brand press releases, the artist's official social media or website, and so on) and credit the source and artist wherever possible.
- We keep quotations to the minimum needed for criticism or introduction in the article.
- If a copyright holder asks us to stop publishing something, we take it down immediately and explain any follow-up. Send requests to 4rest_design@naver.com.
4. Republishing Our Articles Elsewhere
- To quote or republish 5ft magazine articles or photos on another site or on social media, please contact us first.
- Ordinary quotation (a short excerpt, a link to the original and a credit) is fine without separate permission.
- Reproducing an entire article or a substantial part of it always requires prior permission.
- Commercial use (advertising, promotion or paid content) requires a separate license agreement.
5. Reporting Infringement
If you believe content published on 5ft magazine infringes your copyright, please report it to 4rest_design@naver.com with the following information.
- Details of the infringed work (original URL, author name, date published)
- URL of the post you believe infringes
- Material showing that you are the copyright holder
- Your contact details
We review and reply within 7 business days of receiving a report, and take the post down immediately if infringement is clear.
6. Copyright in Listing Photos
Photos in Market listings must be taken and owned by the member. If someone else's photos are used without permission (for example, product shots from a shopping site), the Operator may hide or delete the listing.
7. No Use for AI Training
No writing or photos on the 5ft magazine site may be used as an AI training dataset (text or image scraping) without the consent of the members and the Operator. We explicitly refuse automated collection for the purpose of training AI models.
8. Contact
Send questions and reports about copyright to 4rest_design@naver.com.
